3. Mobile Phone Number & SMS Text Messaging Policy (TCPA/CTIA Compliance)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our text message program, you provide your Prior Express Written Consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from ArtCircle at the mobile number you provided.

Purpose: Messages could be related to classes, announcements, cancellations, special promotions].

Consent: Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase of any goods or services.

Frequency: Message frequency will vary ( Approximately 10 unsolicited messages per month).

Opt-Out: You can cancel the optional marketing SMS service at any time. Simply Reply STOP to any message you receive. After you send "STOP," we will send you one final text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from that program unless you opt-in again. The essential messages related to class will be sent regardless.

No Sharing: We will not share or sell your SMS opt-in data, mobile phone number, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
