These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ArtCircle Studio (referred to as "The Studio," "we," "us," or "our") and any student, parent, guardian, or individual enrolling in or participating in any class, workshop, event, or service offered by The Studio (referred to as "Student," "Client," or "You"). By enrolling in or attending any class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All enrollments are subject to availability and the minimum age requirements specified for the respective class or workshop.
The Studio reserves the right to cancel or change classes (including instructors, dates, or times) due to insufficient enrollment, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or credit will be offered for cancellations made by The Studio.
Full payment for all classes, courses, or workshops is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated (e.g., payment plans).
Fees will be based on the classes and age group and are subject to change without prior notice.
Fees is due in the first week of the month as per the studio calendar
Fees is on a month to month basis. The Fees is based on four (4) classes in a month as per the studio calendar.
Payment methods accepted are Check, Zelle and direct bank account transfer.
No refunds or credits will be issued.
One month advance notice is needed for Term Classes (month to month) Cancellation
Cancellations made 15 days prior to the workshop/session will receive a refund or credit with a deduction of $50 per person
Cancellations made less than 15 days hours prior will result in the forfeiture of the entire fee, as materials and instructor time have been committed.
The Studio does not offer refunds or credits for individual classes missed by the Student, regardless of the reason (e.g., illness, travel).
Limited Make-ups: Students may request make-up session, subject to availability in an equivalent class and at the discretion of The Studio. The make up classes have to be used within the same month and do not carry over to the next month.
Materials required for the class must be purchased separately by the Student. Materials such as Canvas, Brush, Paints - Acrylic and Oil are available for purchase at the studio for a reasonable cost.
Students are responsible for the proper use of all tools and equipment provided by The Studio.
Students participate in classes at their own risk. The Studio is not responsible for any injury sustained during class, on studio property, or during the use of materials/equipment.
Students must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the instructor. Failure to do so may result in removal from the class without refund.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse admission or dismiss any Student without refund if their behavior is disruptive, abusive, or poses a risk to other Students, staff, or property.
Students are responsible for cleaning their workspace and any equipment used at the end of the session.
The Student or, in the case of a minor, their parent/guardian, will be financially responsible for any malicious or negligent damage to Studio property.
Please be aware that art classes involve materials that can and will permanently stain clothing. The Studio recommends appropriate clothing which student is ready to be stained.
For students under the age of 18, the enrolling parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for the child’s compliance with all Terms and Conditions.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is dropped off and picked up on time.
The Studio is not responsible for supervising children outside of scheduled class time.
The enrolling parent/guardian must provide accurate and up-to-date emergency contact information and sign all necessary waivers (e.g., medical consent, liability).
The Student retains ownership of the artwork created during the class, provided all course fees have been paid in full.Â
The Studio is not responsible for artwork left on the premises for longer than 30 days after the student leaves studio membership.
All curricula, handouts, demonstrations, and class structures provided by The Studio are the intellectual property of ArtCircle Studio and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
The Studio reserves the right to photograph or film classes, Student work for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes (e.g., website, social media, advertisements).Â
By enrolling, you grant The Studio permission to use these images/videos unless you provide a written request to opt-out at the time of registration.
The Studio collects personal information solely for the purpose of class administration, enrollment, safety, and communication. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
